Enquiries
When our online enquiry form is enabled, we collect your name, email, organisation and role, enquiry or participation category, message and optional timing. We use this information to respond to your request. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiries submitted through our native form are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database accessible to authorised Signalkart account administrators. There is no public enquiry directory or public database-reading endpoint. Native enquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. If a conversation develops into a working relationship, related business correspondence may be held separately.
Spam protection and website delivery
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical request information to deliver and protect it. When the native form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. We do not save Turnstile tokens or IP addresses in the enquiry database. Cloudflare may process technical information under its own privacy policy.
External services
LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp and any linked Google Form operate under their own policies. Information you submit directly to those services is handled there. We do not collect newsletter signups on this website.
Your requests
To ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, contact Signalkart on LinkedIn. Include your enquiry reference if you have one. Avoid sending passwords, identity documents, financial details or confidential client information through an enquiry.
